High Roller ("we", "our", or "us") operates the High Roller mobile application and the website dicerollerapp.com. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app and site.

1. Information We Collect

We strive to collect minimal data required to provide a great tabletop dice rolling experience:

• Anonymous User Identifier: Upon launching the application, an anonymous user identifier is generated via Firebase Authentication to manage multiplayer room sessions and link subscription entitlements. We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address unless explicitly provided.
• App Data & Preferences: Your selected themes, custom emoji dice configurations, saved dice setups, and roll history are stored locally on your device using local storage.
• Multiplayer Session Data: When hosting or joining a multiplayer room, temporary room codes, player display names, and roll totals are transmitted via Firebase Realtime Database to synchronize dice rolls across room participants.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All in-app purchases and High Roller Pro subscriptions are processed directly through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We utilize RevenueCat to manage subscription status and verify active entitlements. We do not handle, store, or process your credit card or financial information.

3. Advertising

Free tier users may see non-personalized or contextual banner and interstitial advertisements served via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) to deliver and measure ad performance according to Google's Privacy Policy. Subscribing to High Roller Pro completely removes all banner and interstitial advertisements from the app.

4. Analytics & Service Providers

We may use third-party services to monitor and analyze app performance and service stability:

• Google Firebase: Anonymous authentication, backend real-time database synchronization, and crash reports.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management, receipt validation, and entitlement syncing.
• Google AdMob: Mobile ad serving for free tier users.

5. Data Security & Retention

We prioritize the security of your data. Temporary multiplayer room records are automatically purged from our real-time database after session inactivity. Local app preferences remain on your device until the application is uninstalled or storage cleared.

6. Children's Privacy

High Roller does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can immediately delete such data.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
